As a Security Professional - Auto Patrols Full Time in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive-focused location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial part in fostering a welcoming and secure environment, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and innovation through teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to support a secure environment within an automotive production or facility setting.
• Complete necessary documentation and/or reports related to incidents, observations, and patrol activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
