Job Description




As a Security Professional - Armed Dispatch & Driver Aero/Defense in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic aero and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, staying visible to visitors and staff, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

  • Operate as a primary point of contact for emergency response and/or security-related communications at the location.
  • Monitor and dispatch security-related personnel to respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatched activities.
  • Communicate with team members and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and information relevant to ongoing situations.
  • Follow site-specific procedures and policies while delivering customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with security-related teams to help to deter unauthorized activities and support site operations within the aero and defense environment.
  • Assist in emergency response activities as directed, supporting Allied Universal standards and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possession of a college degree is required.
  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
