Position Summary The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center seeks a qualified individual for the Cancer Cytogenetics Laboratory. The technologist will be expected to learn and perform all aspects of testing on cytogenetic specimens including sample processing of hematological specimens and paraffin-embedded tissues, resulting in karyotype and FISH analysis. Weekend hours may be necessary. Responsibilities
