EDS delivers advanced RADAR, EW, computing, and electronics solutions across land, sea, air, and space for U.S. and international defense. As a senior EDS leadership team member, you will drive revenue growth by enhancing program management processes, tools, resources, and training. You will lead a cross-functional matrix team, ensuring program execution and financial performance across EDS Gold Business Enterprises. You will be accountable for program execution, cost control, schedule fidelity, milestone obtainment, operational execution and all leadership and people elements of the EDS PMO while supporting achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term Strategic Plan (STRAP). This role reports to the President of EDS, with a matrix relationship to the VP of PMO for Honeywell Aerospace. Location is flexible across Honeywell Aerospace sites. Salary Range: Sr. Director - EDS - Program Management Office: $215,200-322,800 annually. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
