As a Security Professional Patrol Driver - Auto Sector in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional in the automotive industry, where you will conduct regular patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents throughout the location. This driving position requires you to navigate the premises and interact with visitors, guests, and staff to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto dealership and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for any unusual activity or conditions and report findings according to company procedures.
• Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized individuals are present on the property.
• Document all patrols, incidents, and observations in daily activity reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting customers, staff, and/or first responders.
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence while on duty, representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
