ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring and be responsible for attracting and retaining great people.You will ensure quality by leading interactions with teams and driving QAs while pushing the design agenda forward and will also lead the production of visual designs while overseeing the creation of a variety of visual design documents.You will identify scenarios that will turn into interaction designs and direct your teams to improve product UX through the creation of interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products.You will guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development and will also tell a compelling, convincing product story to a variety of audiences that influences buy-in from key stakeholders.You will lead collaboration with creative team members, program managers and developers to define product features and collaborate with leadership and your team to deliver product design results while also providing guidance to product designers and creating clarity for stakeholders. | |
