ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of a critical subsystem, managing a team of engineers and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Drive Technical Strategy: Develop and drive the technical strategy for your subsystem, working with partner teams to align goals and technical decisions. Drive consensus across multiple partner teams, ensuring alignment on technical decisions and project goals. Feature Development: Collaborate closely with product management, security experts, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead end-to-end development of features, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Provide mentorship and leadership to senior and junior engineers, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices. Performance Optimization: Optimize subsystem performance to handle extensive security data, ensuring scalability, availability, and security. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management, security experts, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure seamless delivery. | |
