What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and protect property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding area to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities such as property damage, loss, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences at the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner, documenting all incidents and activities during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
