Job Description

Curinosis seeking atechnicalProduct Managertojoinour Platform team and leadourApp & API Platform.The Platform teamowns and manages the strategic and technical roadmaps for allCurinosPlatforms - the proprietary Product ecosystems upon which our B2B SaaS applications are built. The App/API Platformcreates the shared UI & API components, workflows, and integration frameworks that enable our product teams to build scalable and developer friendly products. In this roleyou will define the vision and roadmap for these foundational capabilities, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment across our entire product ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role whereyou'lldefine the vision for shared UI and API capabilities that power innovative fintech solutions.

You will:

  • Empowerteams withinCurinosto innovate fasterby providing a robust, scalable, standards-basedplatform that reduces complexity and accelerates delivery

  • Build and execute an impact-driven(not feature-focused)product roadmap, working closely withengineeringto prioritize initiatives that align with businessobjectivesand solve key client problems.

  • Conduct key stakeholder interviews and gather feedbackacross Client Services, Engineering, and Product Management partners from all Curinos Product pods. Developadeep understanding of the client's needs and the "jobs to be done" for financial institutionsutilizingour products, and for the teams that are building andmaintainingthese offerings.

  • Track product metrics and performance data, reporting insights tostakeholdersand using them to guide ongoing product iterations.

  • Identifyand address potential barriers to product success, proactively adapting strategies to ensure high impact and profitability.

  • Create strategy withthe leaders in our partnerProduct Management& Engineeringteamswho buildclientfacing products upon these Platforms,establishinga one-, three-, and five-year Productand technical visionfor the App & API Platform.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketingto develop impactful product messaging, understand market demands, andassistin sales enablement by developing product positioning and talking pointsfor shared cross product Platform capabilities.

  • Partner with Client Successto ensure the product delivers continuous value and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic vision:Define a metrics-driven product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, prioritizing features and updates that solvecross product clientproblems and drive revenue growth, increase speed to market, and/or lower support costs.

  • Collaboration:Engage withpod & business stakeholdersto understand their goals, challenges, and key jobs to be doneacross our suite of products.

  • Execution:Lead agile planning sessionsto keep teams aligned and moving forward, prioritizing work across Engineering, UX, and QA teams.

  • Continuousimprovement:MonitorKPIs anditeratebased on performance data.

  • Marketawareness:Stay informed of trends inbanking andfintech, incorporating relevant insights into the product strategy.

SalaryRange:130,000 to 160,000 (plus bonus)

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • A minimum of3-5yearsof Product Management experiencebuildingand scalingB2B SaaS solutions in the Financial Technology space, or adjacent work in Product Operations or Engineering.

  • Demonstrated ability todevelop and execute product roadmaps, including competitive analysis, financial modeling,userfeedback, and solution ideation.

  • Experiencesetting and measuring key business and product metricsand making course corrections based on metric movement.

  • Demonstrated experience understanding and communicating nuanced ideastovarietyof audiences (including client stakeholders and internal technical&non-technical stakeholders) and orienting them to a business strategy.

  • Microsoft Office 365proficiencyand experience building Excel models and communicating complex ideas through PowerPoint.

  • Atlassian Jiraproficiencyand experience creating, grooming, and sizing user stories to build impactful and realistic sprints.

  • Understanding of front-end architecture, design systems,scalability strategies,and API-driven SaaS platforms

  • Nice-to-have:SQL/Pythonexperience, and experience withDatabricksfor analyticsand troubleshooting

  • Nice-to-have:Bankingor adjacent industry experience.
