This role involves direct communication with insurance agents, assisting internal staff with inquiries, and performing routine clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include data entry, document imaging and indexing, and verifying customer information for accuracy and compliance. The Support Specialist I plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of loan documentation and ensuring timely resolution of insurance-related issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
