Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: This position has overall responsibility to provide optimum customer service to NHBB customers.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Position is responsible for effective and efficient handling of customer calls, order entry, quoting and expediting. Efficiently and accurately managing customer demand with our backlog and production capabilities. Responsible for resolution of customer complaints and invoice issues.


Collaborate with other internal support functions, such as outside sales, engineering, and production personnel. Must collaborate/participate in goals and strategy to help to meet department and company goals. Proactively seek to understand business needs and provide relevant, data driven solutions.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • High level of analytical competency and math skills demonstrated through professional accomplishments; demonstrated ability to effectively organize and interpret data.
  • Must be proficient with excel, specifically: spread sheet management, pivot tables and V look up capabilities.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with shop floor supervision and support functions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities.
  • Must be organized, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Associate's Degree in business or closely related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Products (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
