As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a healthcare location. You will monitor assigned areas, respond promptly to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the integrity and values of Allied Universal. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential disturbances.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in the healthcare setting to Allied Universal management and/or site authorities.
• Assist with access control, visitor verification, and monitoring building entrances to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support medical staff, visitors, and patients by being a visible security-related presence and responding to requests for assistance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of events, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and the healthcare site.
• Remain alert to environmental changes and potential security-related risks, adapting patrol routes as appropriate for the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
