As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol Full Time in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and property. Your presence and regular patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed incident and activity reports as required by site policies.
• Support access control procedures, including monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
