Security Professional - Utility Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Utility Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Officer for Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will remain visible throughout your shift, respond to incidents promptly, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the utility facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Observe and report on security-related matters within the location, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Support site staff and visitors by offering assistance and guidance related to security-related procedures and access control.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
