About the Opportunity The Annual Giving Officer is an integral member of the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation team, responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of the Foundation's annual campaigns and events with the goal of increasing donor participation and contributions in alignment with the Foundation's strategic plan and long-term financial growth. As the fundraising partner of Sno-Isle Libraries, the mission of the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation is to mobilize people and resources to expand the reach of library services, promote civic engagement, and foster a lifetime of learning. The Foundation is a separate 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization governed by its own Board of Directors. It secures philanthropic support from the community and advocates in support of the library. Learn more about the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation at sno-islefoundation.org. The Annual Giving Officer is a new position joining the Foundation at an exciting time of transformation and growth. This role works closely with the Foundation Executive Director on growing philanthropic revenue from individual donors and successfully executing Foundation events. The successful candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative, and creative fundraising generalist with expertise in campaign planning, event management, and donor engagement, impeccable writing and communication skills, and a passion for public libraries. This position requires some evening and weekend hours. This position is eligible for hybrid work (onsite and remote), compliant with Sno-Isle Libraries' remote work policies and subject to the approval of the position's supervisor. Employees must reside in Washington State and be within a reasonable distance to report to their Sno-Isle Libraries worksite in person as needed. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by AFSCME Council 2.  Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $6,673.33 - $9,210.93 monthly The employer intends to hire at the entry point of the salary range, with consideration up to the midpoint based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
