Key Responsibilities Manage multiple environmental construction projects from award through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication Lead internal teams and ensure compliance with all project requirements Support estimating, proposal development, and business operations Drive project success while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and accountability Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil or environmental construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) PE, PG, or PMP certification a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations Estimating experience a plus #ZR
