Your Impact: Completing maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more Preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining curb appeal Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintaining property grounds, common areas, and seasonal upkeep Collaborating with vendors and supporting property team as needed What You'll Bring: 1+ year of maintenance or trade experience Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification preferred, or willing to obtain Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills Valid drivers license and insurable driving record Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies Ready to make a lasting impact on our communities and within your career?
