Talent Advisor, Senior

Your Role

The Talent Acquisition team manages recruiting processes for the Enterprise. The Talent Advisor, Senior reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Healthcare Quality and Affordability. In this position, the Senior Talent Advisor serves as the recruiting partner for the Healthcare Quality and Affordability and Pharmacy Strategy and Operation business units. The Senior Talent Advisor works with a group of healthcare recruiters who collaborate with hiring leaders to identify and recruit clinical and non-clinical personnel.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting licensed clinical or healthcare professionals, such as Registered Nurses, Physicians, Social Workers, and Pharmacists.
• Strong organization with the ability to prioritize recruitment responsibilities
• Excellent written communication
• Skilled in managing internal client expectations and relationships
• Experienced in sourcing, resume screening, and phone interviews for hard-to-fill roles
• Results-driven and motivated
• Works urgently, adapts well, meets deadlines
• Independent thinker with technical sourcing skills and initiative
