Symetra is seeking a Talent Development Solutions Consultant to join our Talent Development team! About the role In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening organizational capability and preparing our workforce for the future. You'll lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align learning strategies with business priorities, identify emerging skill needs, and shape leadership development in partnership with senior leaders, HR business partners, and the Talent Development team. You'll design and deliver scalable, inclusive learning solutions that foster individual growth and drive organizational effectiveness, grounded in an understanding of the interdependencies across structure, process, and people. In addition to using data-driven insights, you'll contribute to the collection and synthesis of key learning data, helping shape strategies that ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement. Compensation Salary Range: $93,900 - $156,600 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are
