About the role As the LTD Team Lead, you'll guide and develop claims staff, ensure quality and accuracy in claim decisions, and collaborate with management and consultants to improve processes. Compensation Salary Range: $64,200 - $106,900 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are
