You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of security projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients-providing updates, gathering requirements, and presenting project plans and status reports
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal technical staff and external contractors
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Implement and oversee security frameworks such as NIST, STIGs, RMF, and FedRAMP, HITRUST CSF, SOC2, ISO within project scopes
  • Use project management tools to monitor performance, track milestones, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
  • Stay current with developments in IT security and integrate best practices and tools (e.g., Nessus) into project workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 or more of the following Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security
  • 5+ years of Project Management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) experience
  • 5+ years of experience in at least one or more of the following IT Security Frameworks: NIST, STIGs, RMF, FedRAMP, HITRUST CSF, SOC2, ISO
  • Experience with Risk Management & Mitigation
  • Experience with Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Experience with at least two or more of the following Project Management Software platforms: Visio, Office Apps, JIRA, MS Project, Trello
  • Experience with Documentation & Reporting
  • Must be willing/able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours regardless of remote base location

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Vulnerability Assessment Tools (e.g., Nessus)
  • Experience with Team Leadership & Collaboration

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
