Summary of the Job:

The Director, Delivery Services is responsible and accountable for how our technology solutions are delivered and supported with an Agile mindset. They provide thought leadership, coaching and direction for all assigned staff and establish/enforce standards and best practices for kanban Delivery Teams in technology.

About This Role:

This role is on-site in Omaha, Nebraska. We are unable to sponsor at this time. No 3rd parties or agencies.

* Lead, manage and grow assigned team of 10-15 direct reports.

* Build and maintain Stakeholders business and technology relationships.

* Manage all aspects of team dynamics, including recruitment, performance evaluation, skills development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

* Collaborates and partners with aligned business and technology leaders to ensure delivery excellence.

* Continually improve teams through attracting, retaining, developing, & organizing our talent and capabilities.

* Maintain a deep understanding of our Kanban Delivery, DevOps, and emerging trends in Agile practices.

* Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) governance.

* Continuously measure, evaluate and optimize Kanban Delivery processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

* Parter with Agil Service to identify opportunities to automate, standardize and streamlining of agile processes and workflows to accelerate time-to-value for customers.

* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on team progress, delivery initiatives, and key metrics.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility

* Excellent Collaboration and Facilitation skills

* Exceptionally organized and experienced in communicating across multiple teams and departments

* High-level thinker, but also detail-oriented when executing on projects

* Strong understanding of Agile Principles and Kanban delivery

* Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

* 7 or more years in IT and business/industry

* A minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager or Delivery Team Lead

* Experience in working with cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders

* Fosters an environment of collaboration

* Very high degree of initiative, strong work-ethic, creativity, motivation, and accountability

* Mobilizes others to support change through times of stress and uncertainty

* Sets and accomplishes challenging goals

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $133,975.00-$227,758.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
