Key Responsibilities:

• Set up three, four and five axis CNC machines
• Check parts
• Basic machine maintenance (fluids and chip removal)
• Suggest process improvements on speeds, feeds, also designing of tooling and fixtures
• Fill out Production Log sheets
• Move completed parts to appropriate locations

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with basic CNC Machining functions & operations
• Proficient blueprint reading skills using the Key Dimension Check List
• Proficient measuring tool capability and ability to set own tools
• Troubleshooting complex prototype CNC Programs
• Ability to do basic math

Preferred Experience

• CNC machine experience required
