General Purpose The Network Administer oversees the entire network infrastructure and gives strategic planning efforts, capacity planning, functional and technical design of enterprise systems and resolution of complex problems. Education or Formal Training: BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years in information technology. Working Conditions Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations on a regular basis may be necessary. Additional requirements include disaster recovery testing and occasional system updates on weekends or evenings. On-call after hours and weekend support when scheduled. Physical Activities: These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 25 lbs.
