What to Expect
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Supply Chain Manager,
AI Infrastructure
to lead our procurement and supply chain operations for high-performance computing (HPC) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and possess deep expertise in HPC, strong technical acumen, and extensive experience in managing and optimizing complex supply chains. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive technical procurement processes and ensure seamless coordination between engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Technical Procurement Leadership: Lead the end-to-end procurement process for HPC systems, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Ensure that all technical requirements and specifications are met or exceeded Design for Manufacturing (DfM) on PCBAs
- Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of high-performance computing systems, including GPUs, CPUs, servers, networking, and storage technologies, to make informed procurement decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure the acquisition of the best-fit solutions
- Indirect Procurement Experience: Ideal candidate would also have experience managing indirect categories such as MRO, Rentals, Industrial Services, Packaging, Corporate Services including experience in complex contract terms negotiations
- Project Management: Drive complex procurement projects to meet timelines and business goals, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing key supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and cost efficiency
- Risk Management: Proactively manage supply chain risks by monitoring supplier performance, identifying alternative sourcing options, and ensuring business continuity. Leverage data analysis to uncover trends, drive improvements, and support cost-saving initiatives, while providing regular performance reports to senior management
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in supplier interactions
- Owner of RFQ's and contract management - ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements, General Terms & Conditions, Piece Price Agreements, and other related contracts are negotiated, agreed and appropriately documented before business is initiated
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering (Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field) with evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent experienceexperience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Engineering and supply chain management, with a focus on AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, PCBAs, memory, storage nodes, data centers, and indirect procurement. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices within the technology sector
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and projects under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Experience with Jira and Python software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- This position requires daily attendance at our Fremont, CA office. Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be required to meet with vendors, suppliers, or other company locations

Expected Compensation
$126,000 - $189,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
