The position supports the undergraduate admissions staff by conducting timely, consistent, and confidential reviews of first-year and transfer applications. The reader evaluates academic records and context, and additional items to provide decision recommendations. This role meets daily/weekly reading volume goals, upholds equity and compliance standards, and collaborates with admissions staff for calibration and training throughout the seasonal review period.
