Job Description




As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Fairless Hills, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your presence helps create a secure atmosphere for stakeholders and visitors. This position may require operating company vehicles, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will interact with individuals in a professional manner, provide exceptional customer service, and play a key part in upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual circumstances discovered during patrols.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and movement of personnel and vehicles on the property to help to deter violations of site policies.
  • Collaborate with client representatives, Allied Universal team members, and public emergency response personnel as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or observations during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • EMT certification is required.
  • Previous firefighting experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
