Wieland is hiring a Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable system and serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers.This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.



Responsibilities

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:

* Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company`s system (AS400).
* Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.
* Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
* Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company`s system.
* Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.
* Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.

Customer Care Specialist Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in logistics with international network, preferably with customer service.
* High School Diploma Required.
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
* Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.
* Ability to form positive relationships with internal & external customers.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
* Italian language knowledge a plus.
