Technology Infrastructure Intern

The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Intern to support our enterprise technology operations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn from a collaborative team while building skills in servers, networking, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the maintenance and support of Ulteig' s technology infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud, and collaboration technologies
• Work with the team to implement new technology solutions
• Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system procedures, troubleshooting steps, and project summaries.

What We Expect from You

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Related Course work in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or related topics
• Strong customer support experience, IT support experience preferred
• Network, Server, Cloud, or IT certifications are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure concepts and systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation (e.g. procedures, troubleshooting guides, project reports)
• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience preparing documentation for internal knowledge bases or external stakeholders is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Demonstrate openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2026
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation for this role is $20-$22/hr.
