A leading cabin management company in the Red River Gorge area is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join their growing hospitality team. As a vital part of the team, you'll help maintain the comfort and cleanliness of multiple cabin units, ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience surrounded by nature. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position perfect for those who enjoy independence, physical activity, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

Hours & Pay

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Variable day shift hours, Monday through Sunday (weekends are busiest). You'll generally receive two days off per week.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize all areas of assigned cabins, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock amenities to meet guest expectations.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces for a pristine finish.
• Replenish supplies and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Ensure all cabins are cleaned efficiently and ready for new arrivals.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in cabins, lodges, or vacation rentals.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Red River Gorge area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Team player mindset with excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with eco-friendly cleaning methods is a plus!
