Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, developing and delivering comprehensive reports, and managing the product lifecycle of our reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, a keen eye for detail, and experience in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

*Data Quality Management:

*Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.

*Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve data issues.

*Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

*Analytics and Reporting:

*Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.

*Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

*Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.

*Product Management:

*Manage the product lifecycle of reporting tools, from ideation to deployment.

*Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and users.

*Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of reporting solutions.

*Collaboration and Communication:

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.

* Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

*Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and data quality best practices.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

*5-7 years work experience in a corporation data management or project management function with strong track records of business partnering

*Proven experience in data quality management, analytics, and reporting.

*Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles.

*Experience with product management and the development lifecycle of reporting tools.

*Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,450 - 154,000. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives
