Job Summary:

You will have the ability to support the various areas of Energy Efficiency (EE) and demand side management (DSM). Responsible for leading the development, implementation, management and planning of all aspects of Residential and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) gas and electric energy efficiency programs. Responsible for the coordination of program designs, implementation plans, marketing plans, and monthly scorecards. Collaborates with vendors, community, industry professions to promote programs and expand existing program opportunities within the service territory. The individual works closely with the Managers of EE on reporting, budgeting, and implementation of programs involving the validation of technical data.

Essential Functions:

Support the development and implementation of Residential and C&I gas and electric energy efficiency programs within established goals, guidelines, and targets across multiple states.
Participate in negotiation and maintains contracts that support implementation of programs, including payment to vendors.
In partnership with Manager, provide vendor management and oversight.
Assist with development of marketing plans and promotional materials.
Oversees, support, and lead customer outreach activities.
Coordinate with Regulatory, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Governmental Affairs, Procurement, Sourcing and Legal departments to provide information for the development of the gas and electric energy efficiency programs.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and solution providers for the various planning, implementation and operating phases of the gas and electric energy efficiency programs.
Coordinate with IT and provide guidance on the selection, functional requirement expertise, functional support for the development, and integration of the necessary support systems.
Conduct regular status meetings for the various groups and supporting resources, reporting milestones and progress.
Conducts research to identify and provide recommendations on design of energy efficiency programs including emerging technologies.
Supports short-and-long-term strategic planning to ensure energy efficiency goals are achieved.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, advertising, communications, public relations, project management, or related industry experience.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of one (3) years of relevant job experience with a strong background in communications, public relations, business analysis or project management.
