ABOUT THE ROLE

Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization.

Company Overview

Founded in 1920, the E.S. Boulos Company (ESB) - a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc. - performs electrical construction services throughout the Northeastern U.S. We have two divisions, offering both powerline construction and commercial/industrial electrical construction, making us a full-service electrical provider.

Part-Time Temporary Position

  • Work begins in November 2025 and is tentatively scheduled to conclude in mid-January 2026.
  • On-site job location will be in Portsmouth, NH

Essential Functions

  • Invoice coding
  • DLM preparation (Daily Labor Material)
  • Time entry
  • Turnover packages
  • Process payroll for field employees
  • Collect and distribute field envelopes
  • Process expense reports for field employees
  • Complete various tasks working with Excel worksheet
  • May be required to manage the distribution of safety information for field employees
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
  • Other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of clerical/administrative support experience

Preferred Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to support multiple managers
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Self-starter
  • Punctual and reliable

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation and Benefits

  • Temporary positions are not eligible for company benefits.

  • Temporary employees do not receive holiday pay.

  • The hourly rate is planned at $24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

  • The position is planned for approximately 32 hours per week.
