* Apply best practices and learnings from past campaigns, influencing strategy and offering creative solutions to achieve business objectives.

* Communicate technical requirements to IT in clear, understandable terms, while managing expectations, timelines, and risks with business partners.

* Proactively initiate tasks and manage your work with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

* Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on internal customer service and building effective stakeholder relationships.

* Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools, to guide campaign implementation and share best practices.

* A collaborative spirit, eager to brainstorm creatively with teammates and business partners to develop effective solutions.

* A proactive approach, capable of initiating tasks independently and managing work in a fast-paced, changeable environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry.

* Some SQL experience and familiarity with different data platforms and data structures, enabling the use of customer data platforms for campaign design.

* Experience with an assortment of direct marketing platforms.

* Ability to leverage past marketing experience to inform effective campaign measurement strategies, aiming to reduce costs, increase revenue, and drive desired customer actions.
