If you have no prior experience, this is the role for you because we provide comprehensive training and mentorship from top-producing Mortgage Bankers. With warm leads already generated, your job is to close the deal and help clients secure the financing they need. What You'll Do: * Train directly under high-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership * Learn proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching * Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads * Master our CRM and loan origination systems * Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners * Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives * Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment that rewards effort and results Who You Are: * No mortgage experience required - we'll train you! * Bachelor's degree* OR* 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military, or commission-based roles * Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, or customer service is a plus * Outgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people * Strong communicator - on the phone, in writing, and in person * Motivated by money, growth, and performance * Thrives in fast-paced environment, goal-driven environments * Self-starter who takes initiative after training * Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented * Wants to win - not just work Why Join Us? * Expected income in 1 year is: $85-125K * Warm leads provided - no cold calling * Uncapped earning potential * Career growth opportunities * Supportive team culture * Recognition and rewards for top performers #westpriority25 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
