Transplant Organ Recovery Coordinator The University of Illinois Hospital & Clinics (UI Health) is seeking a full-time Transplant Organ Recovery Coordinator to join their team. The transplant organ recovery coordinator is accountable for coordinating the transplant organ recovery process. Through therapeutic relationships with patients, families, self, and colleagues, the transplant organ recovery coordinator participates in monitoring, developing, and evaluating clinical practice while fulfilling department and organizational goals. In conjunction with the transplant surgeon and the transplant physician, the Organ Recovery Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of evaluating organ offers, coordinating all necessary activities related to recovering the accepted organs, and transplanting the organs to the intended recipients. This allows for the assessment, evaluation, admission, management, disposition, and discharge of the donated organs within established protocols. Duties and Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits: Salary: The budgeted pay range for the position is $43.15 to $53.28 per hour. Final pay offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, and budget constraints. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a rate at or near the top of the full range for a position. This position is not eligible for benefits.
