This position assesses organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prefer a concentration in training and development, human resources management, organizational development, or business administration Computer Skills:
Certificates & Licenses: American Society for Training and Development and International Society for Performance Improvement certificates preferred but not required Language Skills
