The Learning Program Analyst invests in the future of Southwest's People by supporting SWA University (Southwest's internal training department) with the development and maintenance of learning programs within the Learning Management System (LMS). This role also helps with troubleshooting and leading the implementation of new programs. The Learning Program Analyst is innovative and collaborates with Learning Program Managers to drive the future of internal learning programs at Southwest. Additional details:

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $77,200 per year to $85,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
