Job Title: Support Engineering Support Integration Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Shift Expectations: First 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manages, monitors, and integrates product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment, and facilities.
- Manages and monitors support engineering data development.
- Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work breakdown, reports, master schedule, program implementation, and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities.
- Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
- Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.
- Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.
- Supports establishing support requirements and definitions, statement of work breakdown, reports, master schedule, program implementation, and integration plans.
- Collects data for estimates in support of proposal activities.
- Participates in process development to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
- Supports presentations, status reviews, and monitoring execution.
Primary Responsibilities: Will be responsible for answering and completing publication change requests as received by the customer. Heavy email focus and working with customers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tech publications and tech manuals.
- Project management (marketing, operations, planning, customer facing, risk management, people management).
