Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Washington, D.C.
Required Clearance: Top Secret
Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Design, implement and deploy scalable Enterprise level multi-tier/full-stack software applications according to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standard.
* Identify and propose emerging technologies, automation, or alternative solutions to improve support for developers and application stakeholders.
* Design, develop and deliver software systems that conform to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended by the Workforce Investment act of 1998.
* Develop and maintain documentation, inline comments, confluence and stand-alone documents, wherever necessary for the readability of the software design and code.
* Ability to produce results.
* Ability to design, troubleshoot, develop an enterprise system independently and coordinate with team members.
Contractor's qualification will include, but not be limited to:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 13 years' relevant experience.
* Top Secret Clearance.
* Work will be 100% on site.
* Expertise with UI Web framework such as React 19 or Angular 20, TypeScript, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
* Experience with implementing automated large scale data CI/CD pipelines and data frame processing.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent at troubleshooting, debugging and researching.
* Ability to focus and produce results as well as learn new concepts.

* Possible off-hours work to support needs of the business.
Strength Demands
* Light - 20 lbs. Maximum lifting with frequent lift/carry up to 10 lbs. A job is light if less lifting is involved but significant walking/standing is done or if done mostly sitting but requires push/pull on arm or leg controls.
