You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and alignment with business goals
  • Negotiating and executing vendor contracts that support strategic sourcing objectives
  • Implementing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and resilience
  • Driving cost reduction initiatives across the supply base
  • Negotiating contractual terms including payment structures, rebates, and discounts
  • Leading supplier bidding and selection processes to ensure competitive advantage
  • Developing a vendor base that supports marketing and manufacturing through strategic partnerships

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain)
  • 3+ years of experience in operations
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Quality
  • Familiarity with fabric mills or fabric suppliers supporting OEM manufacturing
  • Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
