Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Vice President in the Midstream Infrastructure M&A Advisory group, you will be an instrumental member of the midstream advisory team supporting our clients' M&A and capital market needs. You will use your expertise in valuation and analysis to evaluate companies and projects under various operating scenarios, in addition to providing analysis and recommendations to optimize various business plans, revenue, cost models and capital structures. You will be involved with all aspects of transaction origination and execution across midstream infrastructure, including performing and coordinating research of target companies and assets, new business development, assessing transaction opportunities, coordinating due diligence, overseeing valuation analysis, preparation of various marketing materials, investment structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
