Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large. Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team. Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm - No Weekends Job Location / Address: This is the Hybrid position requires 2 days at Hamtramck , 2 days at Troy and 1 day from Home Address: 9100 Brombach St, Hamtramck & 2528 Livernois, Troy EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech-language) and Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board is required. At least one year experience of providing direct ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorders and supervision of therapists. Experience consulting with families, educational, and clinical staff is desired. Five years preferred. Self-motivated, highly organized individual. Able to work independently but also within a team environment. Willingness to work non-traditional hours and able available by phone/email, as needed by clinical staff and CADD Director.
