The Ideal Candidate This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Real Estate Department. How You Will Make an Impact Prepare Real Estate packages for Real Estate Committee meetings Monitor construction criteria in Lucernex Fully cross-train in Real Estate Administration duties Assist with running proformas, when needed Assist with site creation in Lucernex, when needed Work with Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor with daily Real Estate process and functionality General office duties - filing, processing mail, taking calls, correspondence, etc. Assist Vice President of Real Estate and Real Estate Managers as needed Track all deal specific information for reporting purposes in/out of Lucernex Coordinate booking of travel and expense reports as needed Assist Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor and Real Estate Administrative Assistant with other projects and tasks, respectively Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have High school diploma required Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Comfortable with technology with a desire to expand this knowledge/skill Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to work efficiently and be self-motivated Ability to prioritize Ability to be a team player in assisting others Apply
