The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

iManage Senior Application Analyst will be responsible for leading, managing, configuring, customizing, testing, debugging and documenting iManage application.

This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with practice leads to assess, plan and address technological and training roadmap to remain current with technological changes, trends, and innovations in the legal matter management field.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or information management or 7 plus years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience or more in iManage or similar document management or document collaboration application
• Should be well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities
• Lead other analysts in projects, operational tasks
• Act as subject matter expert in day-to-day operational activities as well as projects
• Collaborate with other IT teams, vendor support and iMange to troubleshoot production issues, deploy new solutions
• Effectively troubleshoot, replicate and develop workarounds for client issues
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions

Essential Functions:

• Senior analyst managing day to day production tasks, tickets and new projects
• Installing and configuring iManage Work and Cloud document management products
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and be able to implement resolution in compliance with application platform guidelines and information security policies
