Concord, MA 01742 Department: Wheeler 5 Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Eve/Night shift Hours: 7-7a Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary Provides assistance with nursing care of patients as needed under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Services Department and regulatory agencies. The Patient Care Technician is accountable for the aspects of nursing care they are directed to provide within their scope of practice. Minimum Qualifications * Education o High School diploma or equivalent required. o Must be currently enrolled in a professional or practical nursing program * Experience o At least one medical surgical clinical rotation required. o Acute care experience preferred. * Licensure and/or Certification o BLS healthcare provider required. o Certified Nursing Assistant strongly preferred * Skills o Ability to take vitals. o Communication skills. o Interpersonal skills. o Excellent customer service skills. o Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. o Computer skills. o Ability to maintain confidential information | |
