Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies is one of six academic departments in the Bryan School of Business and Economics. The department provides academic and administrative support to 200 students, 8 faculty, prospective students and visitors. The undergraduate and graduate programs are designed to educate and prepare students for careers in the global apparel and retailing industries. |
| Position Summary |
Located in the
Department of Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies, this position will primarily provide clerical/secretarial support for the undergraduate and graduate programs, website, digital marketing and communications maintenance, student records maintenance, and student recruitment. Duties performed are varied and include:
- Coordinating undergraduate student advising.
- Graduate program admissions and enrollment.
- Maintaining student records and electronic databases.
- Maintaining departmental website and social media.
- Scheduling and hosting prospective student visits and communicating program information.
- Assisting faculty/staff with routine duties, events, and special projects.
- Assist Office Manager with departmental duties as needed.
