Job Description Position Overview Liquibox is seeking skilled Assembly Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate assembly equipment to produce high-quality products while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. This position offers competitive compensation with flexible shift options. Shift Options & Compensation Night Shift:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2/2/3 rotating schedule) -$20.00/hour($18.00 base + $2.00 shift differential) Day Shift:6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2/2/3 rotating schedule) -$18.00/hour Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor assembly machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency Follow established production schedules and manufacturing protocols Prepare and allocate materials for the production floor Process finished products including boxing, labeling, and palletizing Set up and maintain material drying systems, conveying equipment, and auxiliary machinery Prioritize workplace safety in all operational activities Communicate effectively regarding materials, maintenance needs, quality concerns, and production issues Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment Generate and manage manufacturing documentation and reports Participate in company training programs and continuous improvement initiatives Provide cross-functional support throughout the manufacturing facility Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach Detail-oriented with basic mathematical aptitude Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds Stamina to stand/walk for 12-hour shift duration Reliability and consistent attendance record Core Competencies Manufacturing process knowledge Equipment operation and troubleshooting Quality control awareness Safety compliance and hazard recognition Interpersonal communication Problem-solving abilities Accountability and ethical conduct Customer-focused mindset (internal and external) Time management and prioritization skills Work Environment Modern manufacturing facility with climate-controlled environment Fast-paced production setting with emphasis on safety and quality Team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence Equipment Used Assembly machinery and production equipment Material handling tools including manual pallet jacks Electric pallet jacks and material transport equipment Packaging and labeling systems Benefits and Perks * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discounts * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid elder care * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Information at a Glance WHY WORK AT SEALED AIR?
