Could you be the full-time onsite Supply Chain and Logistic Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US (Pittsburgh area) we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving the success of Alstom's supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environmental (QCDE) principles while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including manufacturing, planning, and warehousing, to optimize physical and system flows, monitor key performance indicators, and support the deployment of Alstom's Transport Production System (APSYS). You'll also oversee the implementation and effective use of our ERP solution and manage the supply chain budget to achieve company goals.

We'll look to you for:




  • Preparing and following up on the supply chain budget,



  • Deploying supply chain strategy on-site using standard processes,



  • Animating performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence,



  • Supporting projects to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delay (QCD) commitments,



  • Ensuring employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies,



  • Optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles,



  • Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators, such as inventory accuracy and cycle counting performance,



  • Actively participating in all aspects of safety, including reporting near misses and conducting safety meetings.

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field,



  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (warehouse management, material planning, industrial planning processes, etc.),



  • Knowledge of supply chain strategy deployment, Lean Manufacturing principles, and QCDE (Quality Cost Delivery Environment Health & Safety) practices,



  • Previous direct team/people management experience,



  • Familiarity with ERP solutions, data quality management, and inventory processes,



  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reconciliations effectively,



  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in an industrial environment,



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
