Genesis10 is currently seeking a DevOps Support Engineer (Starburst) with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Support DevOps operations while contributing to automation initiatives and containerization projects Provide DevOps support for infrastructure and application environments Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks Work with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and performance Requirements: Banking industry experience Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with DevOps support (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting) Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, or similar) Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong background in banking Proactive, dynamic personality Desired skills: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) Previous experience with data platforms or analytics tools Pay Range: $47.47-$55.47 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
